I care about getting REAL results for you with the metrics that matter; for listings, this means outperforming competitors with less days on market (DOM) and higher average closing price to listing price ratio (SP/LP). For buyers, this means outperforming other agents in lower average closing price to listing price ratio (SP/LP).

From our first interaction, whether you see an ad, listing, or if we meet in person, the aim of my business is to establish a quality experience for you down to the smallest details. I ensure I'm never overextended so that quality is not compromised.

I've always felt that I don't “sell homes”. I serve people by  elevating their interests and dreams above all other priorities. This means being honest and sound in my opinions and advice and I feel this is a distinctive of working with me. Service, never selling. 

Passion
